What do I need to do before your cleaners arrive?

In order for our team to provide the best clean possible we ask for dirty clothes, toys, and any other items to be picked up and packed away before we arrive. However, should you be too busy, we are happy to provide this service as well for an additional fee. 

Do I have to be home for you to clean?

The hours our cleaners work are the same hours many of our clients work, so we are more than happy to clean without anyone being home. 

You can provide us with a key, a code, or another form of access and then go about your day without worry. Our teams are not just considerate, they are licensed, bonded, and insured. 

How do I pay?

A credit card is our preferred method of payment, but we also accept checks, cash, or Venmo.

What is your policy on tipping?

Tipping is not required, but it is a fantastic way to show appreciation – and something we are always thankful for. So, if you think our team has excelled in their work feel free to tip.

What if I need to reschedule?

We understand the unexpected happens, so we are more than happy to reschedule the date or time of any cleaning.

Simply inform us 24 hours before the time of your appointment and we’ll find a new time slot that better fits your schedule.

Please note, a 25$ charge will be applied to any cancellations without 24 hours of notice.

 

Do you provide the cleaning items?

We bring all the products we need to get your home spotless. However, if you’d like us to use your cleaning supplies we are happy to do so as long as they are safe for you and our workers. 

Are you insured?

Our company is licensed and bonded. You and your home are in safe hands. 

How large are your cleaning crews?

The size of the house determines how many workers we send, and there are typically 2 to 3 people per team. 

Do you offer steam cleanings?

Steam cleaning is not a service we offer, but we will mop or vacum any floor you’d like. 

Can you clean ceilings or other elevated items?

We can only clean items reachable via a step stool with two to three steps, and you’d have to provide the stool. Anything higher than that can put you or our workers at risk.

What if I am not happy with my cleaning?

We always do all we can to provide the best clean possible, however mistakes happens.

If we have overlooked something or not cleaned an item to your liking, just let us know within 24 hours of our visit and we will return to make it spotless.
